You personally dropped the bedding to us on your way home on Friday night and although we had some problems with the alarm system and hot water you dealt with those in a very professional manner. I know it is not an easy job. What could have been a bad experience for us was turned around by the pleasant and businesslike way you managed the situation. I am sure your owners appreciate you!
